Work sucks...
It's one of those crappy days when Boss is on my case for not being fast enough. Granted, I tend to talk a little too much with my coworkers, but it was the way she said it. It's demeaning and I thought it was part of the job until coworker told me it was abuse. I didn't have much job experience though my previous bosses were wonderful even at the job at this one large company, which shall remain nameless. They were wonderful and listened to what the people had to say even if they were temps.

I don't even know why I'm posting this for today, but I'm bored and I need to type out something. Gaia is on the fritz again. It's a new online RPG site that is going through its Alpha test phase. Not certain if this is its first test phase, but there are some bugs with it. So far, I have not encountered any personal ones.... Okay, I lost 1k in a transaction. It's not that bad, considering what I heard other people lost. Some have even lost around 10k along with expensive items. I don't know if the admin is going to do something about it. So far, I doubt I'm going to be donating real money for awhile. There are a lot of things I want, but I still need to get a job. For some reason, they are not hiring me. I think I should have gone to a different college, but I can't change the past. Oh well.
I am still jobless. *sigh* Don't know why people refuse to hire me or something. Is it because of my background or lack of experience? I am trying to gain some experience and will be willing to accept minimum wage, but I doubt that they think that I am willing to do that since I have a college degree and whatnot. *sigh* Stupid corporate people.

Before the interview, I was completely nervous, the whole butterfly thing and whatnot. I tried to go online and calm myself down, but that didn't work. In the end, I had to pry myself away from the computer so I can arrive for the interview on time. Speaking of which, the interview went well considering that I was sick and in high heels at the time. I could have gone with another pair of shoes, but I didn't have any dress shoes that looked well with my business like dress. I can't wait for night so I can sleep.

Out of all the days, I have to get sick today. First it was my mom, then dad, and then bro. Now logically, it is my turn, but I have already been sick earlier this year. I should remember this, because I had been taking this one prescription cough medicine that made me take naps in the afternoon which I normally don't do unless I am really out of it. Hopefully, it won't result in that as I know the symptoms and am taking medication right away. Even though I don't have a sore throat, I do recognize the symptoms of one from my last episode with it. This time, I'm going to wash all my sheets, no question about it after I recover.
On the down side, my fave anime store is no longer in operation or at least for now. If I recall correctly, they weren't earning enough money to keep afloat and whatnot so they were temporarily closing down their shop. They will be relocating some time in the future, but it's quite a bummer. I miss seeing... Um... what's his name, the owner of the store. I met him my first time going there. He was such a nice guy and deserved better than this. Oh yeah, he sells his stuff cheaper than the other places. That's why I shop there for all my manga needs and nowhere else until today. I wanted a book so I had to go to Walden Books.
On the upside, I have managed to get an interview despite my state. The manager seems really nice and understanding. Hopefully, I will be hired there or Papyrus. I could see myself working at those stores. Now, I need to go to bed early and take my medication. I am really going to be good about it and go to bed around 10 to 10:30. Really, I am. It's been awhile since my last interview. Wish me luck.

I quit! I finally quit! No more bloody bitches who have severe emotional problems and take it out on the board instead of dealing with it in IRL. Grrr. Shall I list the many stupid things she has done over the years? Yes, I shall. Kami, I'm such a sadist, but a cute one at that.
1. She changes the layout of the board on a whim.
2. She tries to make her characters the center of attention in almost every freaking thread. I was having an serious emotional thread with one of my characters and she butts right in, trying to take over it.
3. She constantly sucks up to certain characters in position of power.
4. She made her former prince overthrow the Tremere prince just because she didn't like how things were going.
5. She constantly targets one of my close friends, who was the reason why I joined in the first place.
6. Lastly, this is the last straw. She disrespected the London Prince and is banned from the city. Now she wants to start a war, because of said banning and is rallying anyone idiotic enough to her side.
7. Her characters are bloody Sues to begin with. One of them is Tom Riddle's daughter for crying out loud!
If you dare to venture into the land of the Stus and Sues.

As you can tell after looking at the cut, I play two major characters. Plus my friend plays another one, Professor Snape. There are no Hermione, Ron, and Ginny so there goes most of the major characters. Good riddance. I pity anyone who is still left on there.

Wow, I've actually bothered to update this thing two days in a row. Go me! Things have been going slow in all the groups and journals that I am in. Most likely it's coming down to the stretch for a lot of them, because I believe the vast majority of the people are either in high school or college. In any case, I can use the downtime to actually find a job. >.>U I know I've been saying that a lot, but really, I picked up a few applications to stores that I would not have given a thought about working at. While I was at the mall, I was like... "Hey, why don't I see if any of the stores there are hiring?" So while I was strolling through there, I searched each store window for that help wanted sign. Fortunately, there were a few of them who were hiring: one stationary store and three clothing stores. I really do hope I'm hired by the stationary store. If not, then I guess the other ones would be acceptable. *crosses fingers* I do need a job and will settle for almost anything that's legal and legitimate while keeping an eye out for better jobs.
Back to the stuff again. The RPGs are very slow. I think I can post at this one board and not even have to come back until hours later before I can post a reply. That is how slow it is. Also, I have Harry Potter. Enough said. I thought there would have been more people going after him, especially since I have started a quidditch practice one. Oh well. I guess that means I'll have an easier job with him than his previous player. =3 Too bad Jen! As for the other RPG, it is definitely much slower since we do have a higher standard and about twenty something people actually playing in it. I make certain that my posts are checked out for grammar and spelling.
Thinking about it, I imagine the type of mod I would be if I could just cut loose and not have to worry about offending people. I would be the Bitch Mod from Hell. Yeah, I would not accept canon rape or bad posts, IE horrid spelling and lack of grammar. In any case, I will definitely not be a mod for the HP RPG site that I'm playing at, because there is a certain person I do not want to have to be dealing with on a daily basis. Maybe the only time I'll accept it is if there is a lack of it, but there are already a lot of them. I'm glad of that too. Oh yeah, I have both Harry and McGonagall as my canon characters. Two canon characters per player. They must have journals and be played; otherwise, they will be taken away. I'm hoping that I will do a good job with Harry as I adopted him recently.
For some odd reason, I keep hoping that a Suethor would accidently play my character a bit so I can make her look like a fool. It will be sweet since she would be lusting after one of my male characters. I play pretty much male characters: six male and two female. Don't know why. Maybe it's because Mary Sues have left a bad taste in my mouth. In any case, I know how to deal with it when the situation arises. It will be sweet and the Suethor can't whine, because she is godmoding when she does my character's actions. So nyah! On the lighter note, I have managed to make a few Ravenclaw wannabes look really dumb. Teehee. Oh gods, I'm so sadistic and evil. But that's good in a sense. I think. *shrugs*

It has been a long time since I've decided to write something in this journal. School is out. At last! I am free!... No wait, I have to get a job and be in the evil clutches of those blood sucking employers. Also I will have to pay taxes. Egads. The stupid politicians can't control the budget so they're making us pay for it. I swear we need an acountant or army up there to fix the budget. On second thought, it would be more like an army plus one reserve just in case RL strikes them. Kinda like having second stringers on any sports team.
On a lighter note, I get to play Harry Potter. They're seeing how well I do, but I think I might get to keep him. Mwuahahahaha. He's all mine! Mine I tell ya! Okay, enough of that. =3 But seriously, this is definitely cool. I also have McGonagall. She's cool in her own way. I get to deduct points and make some students' live miserable. All is good. I had to drop Flitwick, because we are only allowed two canon characters. Sadly, there isn't anyone playing Hermione and Ron seems to have dropped off the face of the Earth. I shall endeavor to find another Hemione and one who will play her IC. We've had two play her horridly OOC. It was as if they were trying to live their lives through her. Suemione. *shudders* Not a good sight.

Bah, another day has gone by and I still haven't done much. Meh, I think I should be going to bed earlier, because when I sleep in, I do not do a lot. I manage to do some laundry today and some writing. Heh, guess that is something, but still I would like to do more things. I need to preoccupy my time with something other than computer. Maybe I should start reading my books or thinking up fics. XD It is not really the computer itself, but more like the internet connection. I can get lost in it. *has a tendency to lose track of time* So yeah. I need to write down what I want to do on a 'to do list' so I can get everything I want done. I think I have tried doing it before and it worked to some degree. Now I will have to force myself back into that habit. The internet is so addicting. Phwee!! |

Once again, I come to update my journal. I really have to start updating my fan fics as well as look for a job. >.>U Been so depressed lately though don't know why. I think I need to get out more ofen or something like that. *shrugs* I'm not certain. =3 Maybe I need some interaction. In any case, I think I might go over my beyblade fics and start editing them. XD For all of you beyblade fans out there. I'm not touching the season three or G Rev series. I find the first season to be the best. V Force was good, but not as good as the second. The third is rather... poor compared to the other two.
In any even, I'm craving Mountain Dew... Mm... Mountain dew.

Times sure does fly. I'm still looking for a job, but sadly, there aren't many available. >< I blame the government on this, especially Bush. Most of the jobs I'm qualified for are being sent overseas as it's more cheaper to higher foreign labor. Pretty soon this nation is going to end up as dumb as a rock with what they're producing in the high schools. More than likely, colleges will have to lower their entrance requirements so that way they get more people in them. I wouldn't be surprised if more foreign students are accepted over Americans. Sheesh, this nation is going to hell in a handbasket and guess who's delivering it?
Bah. The government might as well raise the youth of today. Parents and teachers can't do this or do that to the children. Honestly, I feel as if the adults are just baby-sitters for the government. What we need is for more parents to be in charge of their children. And they wonder what is wrong with America today. They're what's wrong. The government needs a serious overhaul, not the people. If we can get that done, then we can be on our way to being a nation where we can be proud of. No wonder why the other nations look down on us and do not want us in their territory. Meh. Stupid politicians.

I love being the sarcastic, witty, weird, and overall psychotic person. I also love being in two RPGs. They are run by great people and no, I'm not kissing their rears. XD I like the way they have been running things and keeping it in order. >.>U Seriously, this one RPG would have been overrunned by Sues and Stus if they had not come up with the character introduction. Not to mention, the admins and mods monitor how people RP. Well, they do not all the time, but they have managed to catch quite a few people who were playing their characters OOC.
Also, there used to be this one person who wrote almost all pity threads towards her only female character. She had a brother and a father character who were constantly abusive. The Sue feared these two yet she would be flippant towards a vampire. A VAMPIRE!! >< That just ticks me off. You do not go messing with the undead unless you either are brave, an idiot, psychotic, or have a death wish. She's particularly afraid of having her character in dangerous situations. Bah, if she didn't want any of her characters to be in dangerous situations, then she should have not posted in that thread. I have had my characters walk into dangerous situations and so far they have managed to make it out alive. It wasn't due to their attitudes or their 'special powers' cause they had none of those. They used their minds and common sense to help them get out of danger.
Okay, enough ranting. I'm seriously having fun despite having to deal with certain twits. I'm really going to have fun with my Lasombra vampire, Wesley. Wheeee!!!
RPGs are not a dating service! *beeeeeeep* *beeeeeeeeeep* *beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep*!!!!!

=3 Well, I've currently posted for all my characters on an RPG. XD I'm definitely having fun with my bishies, though I wish some of them would have more interaction. They hardly interact with anyone other than my other bishies. *sigh* Tis not fun tagging myself. I wonder where some of them could be hiding. Come out, come out wherever you are! Hee, methinks my bishies will eventually find them. Now to start searching. *goes on the hunt*
On a lighter note, I have finally started the fic for a contest. I'm not sure if I'm going to have any citrusy stuff. *remembers a certain rant* Hehehehe. =3 Why don't people call it for what it is? I'm guessing we have shy peeps out there. Not to mention, some have those guards on their computers. o.O Shouldn't they all be over eighteen years old? I mean this is an adult group. =3 Perhaps, it's because they have small ones running around their place and can't exactly type it in front of them or have their wee ones finding about it through the internet. Hee, I think the internet has corrupted me... Or rather, corrupted my innocent widdle mind.
I hope one of my buddies isn't banned from an RPG. I have no idea why she's in trouble though I'm a mod at the RPG. *sigh* Hopefully, things will be resolved without a messy outcome. I hate to lose another player, but if it's causing her too much stress, then it would be better if she played elsewhere. I still like her as a friend, which is why I'm worried about her health.

For the past few days, I haven't much energy, because my parents insisted I take this medicine. It really works, but it makes me rather drowsy so my posting quality is hindered. Bah! I can't wait to get rid of this dry cough so I don't have to take that medicine. It doesn't taste bad as far as medicine goes. It's more on the aftereffects of it. Currently, I have to hold off on finding a job as I can't drive and I'd rather not mess up on the forms. My mind isn't exactly the sharpest right now.
Also I had this weird dream while I was napping. I won't go into details, but involved both forms of Kurama. I was like O.O... What the??? I couldn't believe I actually dreamed that and remembered every single detail. I really ought to have my mind scrubbed. That dream was so real. It was as if I was actually in it, doing the things he was doing. I would write this down, but it's too strange for me, and that's saying something.
Other than that, it's not much of a day. I did manage to get most of my posts done. I'll work on the rest tomorrow when I can focus on what I'm writing.

I really ought to be looking for a job. X3 But currently, I'm still recovering from a sore throat. Yeah, lame excuse. Anyways, I suppose I can be writing a fic or something to occupy the time. >.> I really am slacking off in that area and some of my works haven't been updated for a very long time. =3 It's a wonder if I have any fans left. Now I have picked up another fic to write. Actually, I had promised a friend that I would write this. Never got off my rear to write it. However, I am currently writing it. Might be longer than I predict, twenty pages MS word. You never know.

I hate being sick! This completely bites. I want to post for a serious RPG I'm in, but everytime I try, I can't seem to get my thoughts straight. So I'll have to wait before I can actually post on that group. Hopefully, I'll be able to post later tonight or tomorrow morning. Yeah, we're on a time schedule on it.
On a lighter note, I'm able to post for another RPG, because I don't have to do much thinking for it. It keeps me occupied for the time being. |
